Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Commercial Manager/ Commercial Finance, Costing, Pricing, Business Analysis, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or 3PL
• Strong understanding of Activity Based Costing (ABC), budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and financial analysis
• Experience in preparing commercial proposals, tenders, RFQ/RFP submissions, and operational cost calculations
• Good knowledge of logistics, warehouse, transportation, and supply chain operations
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English

Tanggung Jawab

• Prepare and maintain Activity Based Costing (ABC) models to support customer operations and productivity planning
• Develop commercial proposals, pricing quotations, and cost analyses for new business opportunities and contract renewals
• Conduct profitability, budgeting, forecasting, and financial feasibility analyses
• Provide recommendations on pricing, cost control, budgeting, and project financial performance
• Support business development activities through financial analysis and commercial solutions
• Provide financial input for tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and customer presentations
• Manage and monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability against approved targets
• Perform cost variance analysis and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure effective cost management
• Review commercial performance of projects and customer accounts, including revenue, margin, and profitability
• Prepare periodic commercial, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability reports for management
• Ensure accuracy of costing, pricing models, and commercial assumptions
• Support implementation of new contracts and projects from a commercial and financial perspective
• Recommend continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business performance and cost efficiency
