Our Client is a local Big Company of FOOD & BEVERAGES CONSUMER GOODS / FMCG and based in Bekasi Jawa Barat. They looking for a professional as Product Group Manager. JOB SUMMARY The Product Manager is responsible for driving the growth and brand equity of Company products by leading data-driven new product developments (NPD) and existing product enhancements. This role encompasses end-to-end strategic marketing planning—including budget allocation and integrated communication concepts—as well as executing robust BTL, Digital, and ATL marketing campaigns. Working in close collaboration with the Sales division, the Product Manager is directly accountable for achieving revenue targets and designing effective, efficient commercial strategy to ensure optimal market distribution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree with Any Discipline; Master Degree would be advantage
- Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar product management or brand management with Managerial position and job role within the Food & Beverage / FMCG industry
- Channel Expertise: Proven track record and hands-on experience managing both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) distribution channels
- Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Ms. Excel (for sales data analysis, financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting)
- Analytical & Innovative Thinking: Strong data analytics capability paired with a creative mindset to translate market trends into innovative commercial strategies
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, Agencies)
- Salary Package

- · Product Strategy & Innovation
- Lead and execute product development initiatives for both new product launches (NPD) and existing product portfolio enhancements based on reliable market data, consumer insights, and verifiable analytics
- · Brand Management & Strategic Marketing
- Enhance overall Company Brand Value by developing and executing comprehensive strategic marketing plans
- Manage marketing budget planning, allocation, and financial oversight to ensure optimal ROI on marketing investments
- Formulate and oversee overarching marketing communication concepts across all brand touchpoints
- · Marketing Program Execution
- Design, implement, and evaluate Below-The-Line (BTL) activations, brand experience events, and consumer engagement initiatives
- Develop integrated Digital Marketing strategies to expand brand visibility and digital audience reach
- Oversee Above-The-Line (ATL) media campaigns when required to drive broader brand awareness and market penetration
- · Commercial & Sales Collaboration
- Share joint accountability with the Sales team for achieving established sales targets, volume goals, and revenue growth
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to formulate effective and cost-efficient trade/sales programs that ensure smooth product placement, stock movement, and shelf availability
