Lead new product development & support product strategies through market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and product performance evaluation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end new product development from concept to market launch
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution
- Conduct product testing and analyze results to ensure quality and performance standards
- Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends
- Analyze sales and market data to support product portfolio and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to drive product growth and market success
- Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in product planning, product development, or the automotive/tire industry is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of market trends and pricing strategies
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Passionate in automotive industry
