Perusahaan manufaktur peralatan rumah tangga elektronika asal Jepang yang berkedudukan di Karawang sedang membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai Procurement Manager. Perusahaan berkomitmen menjaga standar kualitas tinggi dalam seluruh lini produksi dan operasionalnya. Dalam posisi ini, Anda akan memimpin departemen pengadaan untuk mengelola seluruh siklus pengadaan barang dan jasa, mulai dari pencarian dan penyeleksian vendor, negosiasi kontrak, hingga pengiriman material kepada pengguna atau tim produksi. Tanggung jawab utama meliputi pengawasan operasional harian pengadaan bahan baku seperti logam, tembaga, dan aluminium, pengembangan strategi kategori, peningkatan performa vendor, pengendalian biaya, kepatuhan terhadap regulasi hukum dan kebijakan internal, serta pembinaan dan pelatihan bagi staf pengadaan guna memastikan efisiensi operasional tercapai secara maksimal.
Tanggung jawab: Oversees the procurement team and manages the acquisition of goods and services; Manages the entire procurement process, from sourcing suppliers/vendors to negotiating and managing contracts, and delivering to users/production teams; Oversees daily procurement operations, including raw materials (metal, copper, aluminium, etc); Develops and implements strategies for specific procurement categories; Creates strategies to enhance supplier/vendor performance and reduce costs; Implements initiatives to diversify the supplier/vendor base; Manages vendor relationships to ensure performance expectations are met; Ensures suppliers/vendors meet quality standards and organizational requirements; Ensures contracts comply with legal requirements and organizational policies; Develops and delivers training programs to enhance procurement staff skills and knowledge; Other tasks as assigned; Job Requirements:; Min.
