Kualifikasi

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in Japanese with a minimum certification of JLPT N3
• At least 1 years of experience in export import or a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Familiar with documentation administration
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
• Having good communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Capable of coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, forwarders, customs officers)
• Willing to be placed in MM2100, Cibitung

Tanggung Jawab

• Procurement administration ensures the completeness of required documents
• Coordinate meeting and doing translate in vice versa (Japanese - Bahasa)
• Acts as a project procurement moderator for overseas purchases, liaising with relevant institutions
• Serves as an auditee in internal and external audits to ensure company compliance with established rules and procedures
• Controls export-import documents and provides weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the supervisor regarding work activities
