This role supports the presales process from customer requirement gathering, site survey coordination, solution planning, follow-up, & coordination
Tanggung jawab: Junior Presales Staff is responsible for bridging the Sales and Technical teams to ensure customer needs are properly understood, analyzed, and translated into the right technical solution; This role supports the presales process from customer requirement gathering, site survey coordination, solution planning, project follow-up, and internal coordination until the service implementation process runs smoothly; Understand and analyze customer needs from both business and technical perspectives; Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to prepare suitable service solutions; Support site survey, mapping, project planning, and implementation coordination; Monitor project progress, timeline, and follow-up items with related teams; Prepare basic technical documentation, reports, and project updates; Ensure clear communication between Sales, Technical, and other internal stakeholders; Help identify potential risks or obstacles during the presales and implementation process.
Kualifikasi: Minimum D3/S1 degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Management, or related fields; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Having basic knowledge of networking, internet services, or telecommunication is preferred; Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage follow-up tasks; Able to work with multiple teams and handle project coordination; Interested in technology, internet infrastructure, and project management; Willing to be placed in Karawang.
