Kualifikasi

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, Management, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Having basic knowledge of networking, internet services, or telecommunication is preferred
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage follow-up tasks
• Able to work with multiple teams and handle project coordination
• Interested in technology, internet infrastructure, and project management
• Willing to be placed in Karawang

Tanggung Jawab

• Junior Presales Staff is responsible for bridging the Sales and Technical teams to ensure customer needs are properly understood, analyzed, and translated into the right technical solution
• This role supports the presales process from customer requirement gathering, site survey coordination, solution planning, project follow-up, and internal coordination until the service implementation process runs smoothly
• Understand and analyze customer needs from both business and technical perspectives
• Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to prepare suitable service solutions
• Support site survey, mapping, project planning, and implementation coordination
• Monitor project progress, timeline, and follow-up items with related teams
• Prepare basic technical documentation, reports, and project updates
• Ensure clear communication between Sales, Technical, and other internal stakeholders
• Help identify potential risks or obstacles during the presales and implementation process
