Key Responsibilities Lead overall plant operations including Production, Maintenance, Quality, Safety, and Warehousing. Ensure achievement of production, quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets.

Drive and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across the plant. Improve OEE, productivity, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency. Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Develop and manage plant teams to achieve business objectives. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.

Minimum 10 years' manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in Plant Manager, Factory Manager, or Operations Manager role. Proven hands-on experience in implementing TPM , not just participating. Strong exposure to Production Management ; not solely focused on Supply Chain or QA.

Experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing, preferably nuts industry. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
