Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or plant service within a manufacturing environment (automotive industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance systems
• Hands-on experience with stamping press machines, welding equipment, and industrial utility systems
• Familiar with stamping press brands such as Komatsu, Simpac, H&F, and AIDA
• Experienced in welding robots such as Yaskawa, FANUC, ABB, Hyundai Robotics, or OTC
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Willing to be based in Tambun, West Java

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead and develop the Plant Service team, including mechanical, electrical, and utility technicians
• Plan and manage preventive, predictive, corrective, and overhaul maintenance programs
• Ensure the reliability and availability of stamping presses, welding robots, electrical systems, and production utilities
• Monitor and optimize equipment performance to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
• Oversee maintenance of utility systems, including compressors, chillers, air dryers, transformers, generators, hydrants, and electrical panels
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and maintenance performance
