Plant Director

Location: Indonesia Reporting To: President Director / CEO Position Overview

The Plant Director is responsible for leading and managing the overall manufacturing operations of the plant, ensuring operational excellence, safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and sustainable business growth. The incumbent will drive world-class manufacturing practices through the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Management Systems, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) programs. The Plant Director will provide strategic leadership to all plant functions including Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Planning, and HSE while fostering a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence and employee engagement.

Develop and execute plant operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Lead the plant organization to achieve world-class manufacturing standards in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale. Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Establish annual operating plans, budgets, KPIs, and performance targets. Build a strong leadership team and succession pipeline within the organization. Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations to ensure achievement of production targets, customer requirements, and business objectives.

Optimize production processes, resource utilization, and manufacturing capacity. Ensure efficient coordination among Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, Warehouse, and Supply Chain functions. Monitor and improve key manufacturing KPIs including OEE, productivity, waste reduction, yield, and cost performance.
