Pilates Instructor

About the role We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pilates Instructor to join the team at Liebe Pilates in Sukabumi, West Java. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be at the heart of our studio, delivering high-quality classes and personalised instruction to our diverse clientele. Key responsibilities Conduct group and private Pilates classes for clients of varying fitness levels and abilities Develop and deliver engaging, safe, and effective Pilates sessions tailored to individual client goals and needs

Provide professional instruction on proper form, technique, and breathing patterns to ensure client safety and maximise results Assess clients' fitness levels, limitations, and objectives to design appropriate workout programmes Maintain detailed records of client progress and adjust programmes as needed to support continuous improvement

Create a welcoming, supportive, and motivating atmosphere in the studio that encourages client retention and satisfaction Educate clients about the benefits of Pilates and provide guidance on nutrition, posture, and lifestyle habits that support their fitness goals Maintain all Pilates equipment in good working order and ensure the studio environment is clean, safe, and well-organised

Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices by attending professional development workshops and training sessions Collaborate with other instructors and studio management to create a cohesive and professional team environment What we're looking
