FBL Grosir is a rapidly growing company in the wholesale trade and distribution sector. To support top management operations, the company is seeking a dedicated, professional, and trustworthy Personal Assistant.
As a Personal Assistant, you will support administrative and daily operational tasks for management. Your responsibilities include managing schedules, coordination, correspondence, and ensuring administrative workflows are accurate and disciplined, all while maintaining high integrity and data confidentiality.
Kualifikasi
- Female, age 23 – 30 years
- Minimum S1 degree in Administration, Secretary, or related fields
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a secretary or similar administrative role
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Professional, polite, and attractive appearance
- High attention to detail, disciplined, agile, and able to work under pressure
- High integrity and ability to maintain data confidentiality
- Willing to be placed in Karangsatria, Tambun Utara, Bekasi
