Pattern Engineer Asst.Manager

About the role We are seeking an experienced Pattern Engineer Assistant Manager to join our production team at our Sukabumi facility. This is a full-time position based in Sukabumi, West Java , offering a strategic opportunity to lead pattern development and footware technical operations. As Pattern Engineer Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing pattern creation, grading, and technical footware development whilst ensuring compliance with quality standards and manufacturing specifications. This role plays a crucial part in optimising production efficiency and maintaining the technical excellence that defines our brand.

Key responsibilities Supervise and manage the pattern engineering team, including pattern makers and technical staff Develop, create and refine garment patterns using industry-standard software and traditional techniques

Perform pattern grading for various sizes and ensure accuracy and consistency across all specifications Review design specifications and collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into production-ready patterns Conduct quality checks on patterns to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements

Troubleshoot pattern-related production issues and implement corrective measures Prepare detailed technical documentation and specifications for manufacturing teams Coordinate with production planners and manufacturing departments to optimise production workflows

Mentor and train junior pattern engineers and technical staff on best practices and company procedures Maintain pattern libraries and ensure proper storage and organisation of all pattern records Monitor and report on pattern engineering metrics and production efficiency
