Posisi Plantation Manager bertanggung jawab penuh atas manajemen operasional perkebunan secara komprehensif. Peran ini mencakup perencanaan strategis mulai dari penanaman, pemanenan, hingga strategi pemeliharaan tanaman. Manajer juga bertugas mengawasi operasional harian, termasuk manajemen tenaga kerja, pemeliharaan peralatan, serta pengendalian kualitas hasil produksi.
Tanggung jawab: Develop and implement comprehensive plantation management plans; Oversee day-to-day operations including labor management, equipment maintenance, and quality control; Monitor and analyze plantation performance; Manage and maintain plantation infrastructure (roads, irrigation, storage); Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable farming practices; Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and government agencies; Prepare and submit regular reports.
