Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive part development or related manufacturing roles
• Strong knowledge of BOM management and ERP SAP system operation
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Experience with CAD, drawing interpretation, and technical specification analysis
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, and IATF16949 is an advantage

Tanggung Jawab

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end development process of automotive parts, from concept to mass production
• Work closely with design, purchasing, quality, and production teams to ensure part feasibility, manufacturability, and compliance with industry standards
• Review and manage BOM structures , ensuring accurate data and revisions within the ERP (SAP) system
• Conduct technical evaluations and supplier development activities , including tooling reviews, PPAP processes, and localization strategies
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and technical milestones to ensure timely part readiness
• Serve as the technical liaison between global engineering teams, suppliers, and internal departments
• Generate technical documentation, reports, and presentations in English for management and cross-functional meetings
• Support cost reduction and VA/VE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering) initiatives related to parts
