Deskripsi Pekerjaan
PAKO GROUP, a joint venture under Astra Otoparts & Triputra Group, is a world-class manufacturer of high-quality automotive wheels for domestic and export markets. This internship program offers students a chance to work in a modern manufacturing ecosystem, guided by professional mentors to hone technical and soft skills.
Interns will be directly involved in the production processes of automotive wheels and participate in various improvement activities. The role focuses on gaining real-world professional experience within the manufacturing sector, contributing to operational efficiency, and developing industrial competencies.
Kualifikasi
- Active S1/D4 undergraduate student
- Majoring in Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Informatics Engineering
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- High learning spirit, good attitude, and effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a team or individually
- Willing to work full-time from the office in Karawang
