Global Prestasi School (GPS) sedang membangun talent pool untuk posisi pengajar bahasa Mandarin (Native/First-Language) untuk berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Sekolah ini berkomitmen untuk menyediakan lingkungan belajar yang imersif dan berpusat pada siswa. Sebagai pengajar, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk merancang dan menyampaikan rencana pembelajaran yang menarik, mengembangkan kemampuan bahasa Mandarin siswa (berbicara, mendengar, membaca, menulis), serta menciptakan lingkungan kelas yang mendukung komunikasi aktif dan pemahaman budaya. Anda juga akan berkolaborasi dengan tim pengajar lokal maupun internasional untuk memastikan keselarasan kurikulum dan mendukung perkembangan akademik serta karakter siswa.
Tanggung jawab: Teach Mandarin using immersive, communicative, and student-centered approaches , aligned with the GPS curriculum and learning objectives; Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and language-learning activities; Develop students’ Mandarin proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing , according to their developmental and academic level; Create a Mandarin-rich learning environment that encourages active communication, confidence, and cultural understanding; Use differentiated and interactive instruction to accommodate students with different language abilities and learning needs; Monitor student progress and provide formative feedback and assessments; Develop or adapt teaching materials and integrate appropriate digital learning tools; Collaborate with local and international teaching teams to support curriculum alignment and student development; Participate in school events, cultural programs, curriculum discussions, and professional development activities.
Kualifikasi: Native / first-language Mandarin speaker with strong spoken and written Mandarin proficiency; Min. Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language Education, Chinese Literature , or a closely related field (has to be linear); Teaching experience at Early Childhood, Elementary, and/or Secondary level ; experience in international or bilingual school settings is preferred; Relevant Teaching License, language certification (HSK) or qualification is preferred; Strong classroom management skills and understanding of age-appropriate, student-centered pedagogy; Experience with Mandarin proficiency examinations is an advantage, particularly for Secondary-level teaching; Proficient in digital teaching tools and online learning platforms; Able to communicate and collaborate effectively in a multicultural school environment; English proficiency for professional and cross-cultural communication is preferred; Patient, creative, communicative, and committed to supporting students’ language development; Min. 5 years of teaching experience is preferred.
