Global Prestasi School (GPS) membuka kesempatan bagi pengajar bahasa Inggris (Native/First-Language) untuk bergabung dalam talent pool sekolah. GPS berfokus pada pengembangan kemampuan bahasa siswa melalui pendekatan yang komunikatif dan berpusat pada siswa. Tanggung jawab utama posisi ini meliputi perancangan rencana pembelajaran yang menarik untuk mengembangkan keterampilan mendengar, berbicara, membaca, dan menulis siswa. Anda akan menciptakan lingkungan kelas yang mendukung, menggunakan instruksi yang terdiferensiasi sesuai tingkat perkembangan siswa, serta memfasilitasi diskusi dan pemikiran kritis bagi siswa yang lebih tua. Selain itu, Anda akan berkolaborasi dengan tim pengajar untuk mendukung keselarasan kurikulum dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan sekolah.
Tanggung jawab: Teach English using communicative, student-centered, and age-appropriate approaches , aligned with the GPS curriculum and learning objectives; Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that develop students’ listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; Create a supportive and English-rich classroom environment that encourages active communication, confidence, and curiosity; Use differentiated instruction and appropriate learning activities according to students’ developmental and academic levels; For younger learners, integrate stories, songs, games, projects, and interactive activities to support language acquisition; For older students, facilitate discussions, presentations, writing tasks, and academic communication while developing critical thinking skills; Monitor student progress and provide formative feedback and assessments; Develop or adapt teaching materials and integrate appropriate digital learning tools; Collaborate with local and international teaching teams to support curriculum alignment and student development; Participate in school events, curriculum discussions, professional development programs, and other school activities.
Kualifikasi: Native / first-language English speaker with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills; Min. Bachelor’s degree in English Education, English Literature, or a closely related field (has to be linear); Teaching experience at Early Childhood, Elementary, and/or Secondary level ; experience in international or bilingual school settings is preferred; Relevant Teaching License, language certification (TOEFL/IELTS) or qualification is preferred; Strong classroom management skills and understanding of age-appropriate, student-centered pedagogy; Experience with English proficiency examinations is an advantage, particularly for Secondary-level teaching; Proficient in digital teaching tools and online learning platforms; Able to communicate and collaborate effectively in a multicultural school environment; Patient, creative, communicative, and committed to supporting students’ language development and overall growth; Min. 5 years of teaching experience is preferred.
