Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
• Familiarity with the IB and/or Cambridge curriculum is preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency in vocal and instrumental music instruction
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about inspiring students through music and performance
• Willing to participate actively in school performances and extracurricular activities
• Possesses a collaborative mindset, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous learning

Tanggung Jawab

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Music lessons aligned with the IB and/or Cambridge curriculum
• Foster students' musical skills, creativity, confidence, and appreciation for music through vocal, instrumental, and performance-based learning
• Organize and lead school performances, concerts, assemblies, and other music-related events
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies to enhance student learning
• Assess, monitor, and report students' academic progress and personal development
• Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support students' holistic development
• Participate in curriculum development, school activities, professional development programs, and other duties as assigned
