Perusahaan ini berfokus pada implementasi sistem mekatronika yang mengintegrasikan teknik mesin, listrik, dan perangkat lunak untuk mengoptimalkan proses otomasi dan manufaktur. Peran ini sangat krusial dalam mendukung transformasi menuju Industri 4.0. Sebagai Mechatronics Engineer, Anda akan bertanggung jawab merancang dan mengembangkan solusi otomasi serta aplikasi robotika. Tugas Anda mencakup kolaborasi lintas fungsi untuk integrasi sistem, pengujian, pemecahan masalah (troubleshooting), serta dukungan implementasi di lokasi klien, termasuk instalasi, commissioning, dan pelatihan teknis.
Tanggung jawab: Design and develop mechatronic systems, automation solutions, and robotic applications; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, and software engineers) to implement Industry 4.0 solutions; Develop system integration plans and ensure seamless communication between hardware and software; Perform testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of mechatronic systems; Support project implementation on client sites, including installation, commissioning, and training; Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and customer specifications; Conduct research on new technologies to support innovation and product development.
Kualifikasi: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; Familiarity with automation systems, PLC programming, sensors, actuators, and robotics; Wiring Diagram & Power Diagram; Mandatory Mastering Wiring (Power, Sensor & Aktuator), Piping Pneumatic, PLC & HMI Programming; Have basic knowledge .NET / Basic Python / Basic C; Experience with control systems, embedded systems, or industrial IoT is an advantage; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team; Having knowledge of Robotics is a plus; Willing to learn & fresh graduate welcome to apply.
