We are looking for a commercially driven and proactive Marketing Executive to support the development of our Specialty Paper business, serving B2B, institutional, and specialised market segments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing new markets, identifying business opportunities, building customer relationships, and turning market intelligence into commercial action. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, market mapping, competitor analysis, and opportunity identification. You will work effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment to drive commercial success, requiring a proactive approach and the ability to develop business opportunities from an early stage.
Kualifikasi: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, International Business, or other relevant fields; Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles (MUST); Experience in paper, pulp, packaging, printing, specialty materials, industrial products, trading, or manufacturing is highly preferred; Proven exposure to B2B sales and business development; Experience in export-import, international trading, or dealing with overseas customers/suppliers will be an advantage; Strong ability to conduct market research, market mapping, competitor analysis, and opportunity identification; Good commercial acumen with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills; Fluent in English, both spoken and written (MUST); Proactive, analytical, resourceful, and comfortable developing business opportunities from an early stage; Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment; Willing to work fully on-site in Purwakarta; Non-smoker.
