• Responsible for leading the mechanical technician team and motivating them to achieve company targets by carrying out good maintenance activities
• Responsible for implementing cost reduction by exercising appropriate control over the use of spare parts and consumables
• Provide support during commissioning and machine start up
• Coordinate and control morning meeting activities in identifying events that occurred during the previous shift to determine work priorities that must be carried out in the next shift
• Coordinate the implementation and carry out analysis of problems in the machine to identify the cause of the problem accurately and in a timely manner based on the information and data held
• Follow up on machines with problems once the cause is known and coordinate the recording of problems and their resolution to reduce down time which can minimize losses and to ensure the availability of historical power as a guide if the same problem occur
• Study and analyze special products, prepare and determine the designs needed to carry out machine modifications for these special products to support the fulfillment of production needs for special products
• Monitor and control the availability of spare parts needed to carry out machine repairs/maintenance to ensure availability is at an optimum level during the machine repair/maintenance schedule
• Develop a schedule for implementing preventive maintenance on machines and equipment in factories and companies to ensure that there is a guide for implementing effective preventive maintenance on machines and equipment in factories to ensure that machine
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of calibration of tools used to repair and maintain machines to ensure that calibration is carried out according to the predetermined schedule and the condition of the tools is always at an optimum level to suppor
• Create a monthly mechanical maintenance report
• Ready to anticipate any mechanical call out at 24 hours/day in all over plants
