Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering; fresh graduates are welcome to apply . Maximum 1 year of experience in Logistics, Distribution, or Supply Chain. Basic understanding of Supply Chain processes, particularly the flow of goods from inbound to outbound.
Good communication and coordination skills, both internally and externally. Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Strong monitoring and follow-up skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Able to manage priorities and work effectively under targets
Kualifikasi

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and arrange delivery plans for shipments to customers and branches based on delivery targets and requirements
- Analyze estimated delivery data to ensure accurate scheduling and effective distribution processes
- Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding delivery status and estimated arrival times
- Monitor and synchronize goods arrival data with the targeted delivery schedule
- Coordinate with the Warehouse team regarding goods readiness and preparation targets
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Product Support, and Service Departments regarding logistics requirements and shipment information
- Monitor signed Delivery Orders (DO) and ensure that the completed documents are properly submitted to the Finance Team
- Monitor and follow up on the delivery process to ensure goods are delivered according to the scheduled timeline
- Prepare, update, and maintain data and reports related to delivery and distribution activities
