Junior Electrical Mechanical Superviosr

Key Responsibilities Assist in monitoring day-to-day installation activities for GIS bays, switchgear, cabling, trays, and grounding systems. Work alongside specialized technicians and vendor representatives during GIS equipment positioning, mechanical joining, and gas-filling procedures.

Perform basic daily quality checks (e.g., bolt torque verification, visual inspections), complete site logs, and assist with punch-list items. Enforce basic site safety protocols, maintain LOTO compliance, and ensure cleanroom/dust-free conditions in the GIS room during installation. Prepare daily progress reports, photos, and materials usage logs for the project management team.

Basic Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical trade diploma. 1–2 years of experience in electrical construction, substation projects, or power equipment installation.
