Perusahaan biopharmaceutical dan animal health membuka kesempatan kepemimpinan tingkat lanjut untuk posisi Jr. Head of BSL Production. Peran ini menuntut profesional yang memiliki dedikasi tinggi terhadap standar keselamatan hayati dan kualitas produk kesehatan hewan. Tanggung jawab utama Anda meliputi kepemimpinan dan pengelolaan seluruh aktivitas produksi BSL-2 guna memastikan hasil produk kesehatan hewan yang efisien dan berkualitas tinggi. Anda juga akan mengembangkan dan memelihara protokol biosafety, mengawasi siklus produksi secara menyeluruh, serta membimbing tim ilmuwan dan teknisi produksi dengan budaya kerja yang aman dan berorientasi pada peningkatan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, Anda wajib memastikan kepatuhan penuh terhadap Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) dan Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), menerapkan kontrol kualitas pada bahan baku hingga produk akhir, berkolaborasi dengan divisi R&D dan Quality Assurance, serta mengelola inventaris bahan kritis dan laporan operasional kepada manajemen senior.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage all BSL-2 production activities, ensuring efficient and high-quality output of animal health products; Develop, implement, and maintain robust biosafety protocols and procedures; Oversee the entire production lifecycle; Manage and mentor a team of production scientists and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement; Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) throughout all production stages; Implement and monitor quality control measures for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, ensuring consistent product efficacy and safety; Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs teams to facilitate smooth technology transfer and product registration processes; Manage inventory of critical raw materials, reagents, and consumables to ensure uninterrupted production schedules; Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards; Conduct regular risk assessments and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs) as needed; Prepare and present production reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management; Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to BSL-2 production and animal health.
Kualifikasi: DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) or a related scientific field; Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in Production, preferably within the animal health or biopharmaceutical industry; Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role, leading production teams; Extensive knowledge and practical experience with BSL-2 facility operations, biosafety regulations, and containment principles; Proven expertise in aseptic techniques, cell culture, viral propagation, and downstream processing; Strong understanding of GMP and GLP regulations; Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is highly desirable; Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-building abilities; Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
