Tanggung Jawab

• Teach Japanese language, SSW-related subjects, and other relevant lessons according to the learning program
• Guide and support students in improving their Japanese conversation and communication skills
• Provide counseling and guidance for students facing academic, learning, behavioral, or personal challenges
• Support the job matching process, including interview preparation and communication with prospective employers
• Plan and coordinate school activities and events together with teachers, staff, students, and other stakeholders
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with students’ parents regarding academic progress, attendance, and development
• Develop, evaluate, and improve the Japanese language curriculum, learning materials, and teaching methods
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering student performance, learning progress, and KPI achievement
• Other duties as assigned
• Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• High Conversational Japanese (must own JLPT 2) & High Conversational English proficiency
• Min. 1 year of experience as Japanese Teacher
• Good work ethics, willing to learn, polite, strong communication skills, and confident
