Tanggung Jawab

• Translate various written materials including documents, emails, manuals, and reports between Japanese and English (or the local language)
• Deliver simultaneous interpretation during meetings, training sessions, and conversations between Japanese and non-Japanese team members
• Assist Japanese foreign workers or visitors with their day-to-day communication needs within the organization
• Facilitate communication during factory tours, audits, and inspections involving Japanese-speaking visitors
• Foster strong working relationships with both Japanese and non-Japanese colleagues to promote smooth and effective communication
• Handle all sensitive company information with strict confidentiality
• Perform other assigned tasks related to interpretation and communication
• Other responsibilities as needed
• Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from any major, preferrable Japanese Literature
• Business Japanese and Business English proficiency, with JLPT N2 Certificate
• Min. 3 years of working experience as Japanese Interpreter in the manufacturing industries
• Able to work under pressure, good communication skill
