IT Support Engineer Supervisor

IT Infrastructure & Systems Maintenance: Coordinate and maintain critical IT infrastructure, network devices, and server environments to ensure optimal uptime. Oversee daily system administration, including user access management and configuration updates. Cybersecurity & Compliance: Coordinate the implementation and monitoring of cybersecurity protocols, ensuring full alignment with IT compliance, SOP standards, and regulatory readiness through accurate documentation and audit logs. Operational Technical Support: Provide timely technical support and incident resolution to maintain seamless business operations.

Process & Governance: Maintain IT documentation, audit logs, and process governance records to meet compliance and audit standards. Mentoring Team Skills: Mentor and groom the team on technical expertise and soft skills to foster professional growth and operational excellence. IT Asset Lifecycle Management: Coordinate asset procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, and lifecycle management.

Project Execution: Execute and monitor IT projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget constraints. Data & Performance Analytics: Analyze IT performance data to generate insightful reports and actionable recommendations for continuous operational improvement. Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in IT support, infrastructure, or network administration. Good to have: ITSM/Cybersecurity/AWS related certifications.
