Posisi IT Staff dibutuhkan untuk perusahaan manufaktur di Bekasi guna mengelola, memantau, serta memastikan infrastruktur teknologi informasi dan sistem operasional berjalan lancar dan berstandar tinggi. Peran ini bertanggung jawab menangani pemeliharaan server, jaringan, perangkat keras dan lunak, dukungan sistem ERP, keamanan endpoint, serta pemecahan masalah konektivitas guna mendukung aktivitas operasional pabrik secara keseluruhan.
Tanggung jawab: Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure (servers, network, hardware, software) to ensure high availability for daily operations; Support the ERP system, including user issues, access management, and coordination with vendors or consultants when needed; Perform routine backups, system updates, and preventive maintenance; Troubleshoot Fortinet firewall and MikroTik devices; Manage endpoint security, including antivirus, patching, and user access control; Maintain network topology documentation and IT asset records; Handle user requests and incidents for hardware, software, printers, email, and Windows OS; Troubleshoot connectivity and data issues between machines (IoT/PLC) and IT systems; Coordinate with the Production and Maintenance teams to solve machine-related system problems; Job Requirements:.
Kualifikasi: Associate degree (D3) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; a minimum of 2 years of experience as IT staff in a manufacturing company is preferred; Able to troubleshoot Fortinet and MikroTik devices; Able to configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/WLAN, VLAN, routing, and Access Points, with a good understanding of network topology; Understanding of how IoT/PLC works on machines, with the ability to troubleshoot at a basic level; Basic programming skills and strong logical thinking; Good communication skills and able to work in a team; [Only CV in English will be processed]; We RGF HR Agent Indonesia is strictly following the personal data protection law in Indonesia.
