Maintain IT systems, networks, and security while delivering reliable technical support across the company.
Tanggung jawab: Config & manage AP/Switch (Ubiquiti/UniFi, TP-Link, Cisco), Mikrotik, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Policy, & Web Filtering; Manage Fortigate Firewall & Kaspersky Antivirus; Hardware & Software: IT hardware/software installation & troubleshooting (PCs, Notebooks, Printers, Label Printers, Scanners); Manage servers, networks, internet, email, CCTV, and access control; Budgeting & Vendor: Handle IT budgeting, asset management, and vendor coordination; Understanding of data protection and ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 compliance.
