Tanggung Jawab

• Prepare correspondence for internal and external use, and coordinate the Production Manager's meeting schedules with internal functions and external parties
• Register, distribute, and maintain all correspondence for the Production Manager and Production Department
• Prepare and submit weekly absenteeism reports for Staff and Non-Staff in the Brewing and Packaging Departments to the HR Department
• Maintain and organize personnel supporting documents and other important departmental records in accordance with filing procedures
• Compile and register vouchers, PRs, POs, and CPIPs for the Production Manager's authorization
• Job Requirements:
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Secretary, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Good administrative, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Working arrangement: WFO, Monday-Friday, 08.00-17.00 WIB
• Contract duration: 3 months
• Placement: Head Office (Bekasi Timur)
