Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is mandatory.

Process analysis and continuous improvement. Work measurement and productivity analysis. Production planning and capacity analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic analysis). Process mapping and operational reporting.

Knowledge of cost, efficiency, and productivity metrics. Familiar with ERP systems related to production or inventory. Comfortable using AI tools for analysis and reporting.

Hands-on and comfortable working on the shopfloor. Strong coordination and communication skills across functions. Disciplined, detail-oriented, and improvement-driven.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Analyze production processes to identify improvement opportunities in efficiency, quality, and cost
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, and PDCA methodologies
  • Conduct work measurement studies, including cycle time and standard time analysis
  • Monitor and analyze productivity, efficiency, and operational performance metrics
  • Support production planning through capacity analysis and resource optimization
  • Develop and maintain process flow maps and standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Prepare operational reports and present insights to management
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Maintenance, QA, and Planning teams to implement improvements
  • Utilize ERP systems to analyze production, inventory, and planning data
  • Apply AI tools to support data analysis and reporting activities (non-programming)
