HSE Engineer Staff

Key responsibilities Conducting regular workplace inspections and audits to identify potential health, safety and environmental hazards Developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures and work instructions tailored to operational requirements

Investigating incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions Providing HSE training and induction programmes to employees across all levels Monitoring and maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and industry standards

Preparing HSE reports and documentation for management review and regulatory submissions Conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses to support operational planning Collaborating with operational teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities

Supporting the development and maintenance of emergency response and disaster preparedness plans Monitoring environmental performance and coordinating pollution prevention activities What we're looking
