Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description Oversee recruitment, selection, and assessment to meet talent acquisition targets. Liaising with the user for making an assessment matrix based on job competencies.
Conduct psychogram/psychodiagnostic analyses and lead Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI). Developing new assessment tools for our internal needs. Analyze HR metrics to support strategic HR decision-making.
Guide and mentor HR team members, fostering skill and career development. Qualification Master’s Degree in Psychology (S2) with a valid SIPP from HIMPSI.
Minimum GPA 3.30 from a reputable university (please include GPA in CV). Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in HRD. Experienced in recruitment, assessment, and employee relations.
Willing to be based in Tambun, West Java.
