Head Business Operations

Melangkah.id is looking for a strategic and hands-on leader who can bridge business strategy with operational execution. In this role, you will work closely with the Founder to drive business performance, improve operational excellence, align cross-functional teams, and ensure business initiatives are executed effectively across the organization. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Translate business goals into actionable execution plans ✅ Drive SOP, workflow, and operational improvements ✅ Monitor KPI performance and business dashboards ✅ Coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, Finance, IT) ✅ Support business growth initiatives and strategic partnerships

Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, PMO, Operations Excellence, or related roles • Preferably has experience in a digital agency or a similar industry. • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills • Experienced in building and improving SOPs, workflows, and operational systems • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-growing environment 🕘 Working Arrangement: • Monday – Friday 09.00 - 17.00 (WFO) • Saturday 09.00 - 15.00 (WFA)
