About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated International Physics Teacher to join PT Sinotif Indonesia's dynamic education team. This is a full-time position based in Bekasi, West Java , offering a unique opportunity to teach physics at the secondary education level within an international educational framework. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality physics education to students from diverse backgrounds, fostering critical thinking and scientific inquiry. You will work within an international curriculum context, bringing global perspectives and best practices to the classroom whilst contributing to the academic excellence and strategic goals of our institution.

Key responsibilities Plan, prepare and deliver engaging physics lessons using international curriculum standards and frameworks to secondary level students Design and implement effective teaching methodologies that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom

Conduct practical laboratory sessions, experiments and demonstrations to support conceptual understanding and scientific inquiry Assess student progress through examinations, coursework, projects and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement Maintain detailed records of student attendance, performance and academic development in compliance with institutional policies

Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum resources, teaching materials and assessment tools aligned with international standards Participate in staff meetings, professional development activities and curriculum planning sessions Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement, participation and academic achievement

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, challenges and achievements Contribute to extracurricular activities, science clubs or competitions that enhance student learning experiences Stay updated with developments in physics education and international teaching best practices
