Kualifikasi
- 5-year work experiences
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Have a leadership spirit
- Understand about Warehousing
- Fluent in English
- Strong resistance to pressure, strong sense of responsibility, carefulness, teamwork spirit, good communication skills and the ability to complete work independently
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang Pusat
Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting morning Briefings every day
- Responsible for logistics operations in the implementation of 5S, BPD Visualization (Business Plan Deployment) and Safety
- Responsible for Down Time and making report
- Responsible for attendance reports to achieve attendance targets
- Responsible for resolving all issues found after Audit
- Evaluate the performance of Team Leaders and Team Members under the instructions of the Operations Manager
- Handle emergency problems and report to the Manager
- Monitoring the area and ensuring line feeding does not occur Down Time
