Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain. Experience in manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or industrial sectors is preferred. Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications. Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Good English communication, both written and spoken. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung jawab: Manage procurement processes from purchase request to purchase order issuance; Source and procure materials, equipment, and services required for operations and production; Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and select suppliers; Monitor purchase orders and deliveries to ensure on-time material availability; Coordinate with cross-departments regarding procurement activities; Evaluate supplier performance and maintain supplier records and documentation; Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement in procurement processes; Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and applicable standards; Conduct market research and identify potential suppliers and supply risks; Perform other duties assigned by management.
