Support and supervise warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure safe material handling in FMCG manufacturing.
Tanggung jawab: Ensure all activities in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) are executed in accordance with SOPs and related departments; Ensure warehouse operations run safely, including proper handling of products, equipment, and prevention of risks such as damage, contamination, loss, fire hazards, and other safety issues; Ensure stock accuracy in the WMS based on SAP data and physical stock through regular cycle counts; Monitor and report pallet positions and warehouse space utilization; Ensure proper material placement according to warehouse layout and storage standards; Job Requirement:; Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics / Industrial Engineering or related; Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing; Willing to work in shift system and in a factory / warehouse environment; Familiar with data, stock records, and warehouse systems (SAP/WMS experience is a plus); Familiar with SOP, GMP, and Good Warehouse Practices; Able to work under pressure and meet daily operational targets; Problem solving, leadership, and Attention to detail; Good communication skills and able to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
