About the role We are seeking a Finance & Accounting Staff member to join our team in Depok, West Java. This is a contract position that plays a vital role in maintaining the financial accuracy and integrity of PT. Avicenna Fitness Indonesia. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation. This role is essential to our business operations and offers the opportunity to develop your accounting expertise in a growing fitness enterprise.

What you'll be doing Processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and expense claims, with accuracy and attention to detail Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts to ensure all financial data is current and correct

Preparing bank reconciliations and identifying discrepancies promptly Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing payments and following up on outstanding invoices

Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accurate employee expense reimbursements Filing and organising financial documents in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements Supporting budget preparation and variance analysis activities

Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding financial queries and documentation Assisting with audit preparations and providing supporting documentation as required What we're looking
