Finance Accounting Manager

Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting. Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts with in-depth analysis and insights for decision-making. Manage and coordinate external audit, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate submission.

Supervise and review journal entries, general ledger activities, and account reconciliations. Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of accounting policies, and compliance with applicable standards. Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. production, IT, sales) to support business objectives and process improvements. Mentor and guide team members, ensuring capability development and high performance within the team.
