Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fashion Designer (fresh graduates with an outstanding portfolio are encouraged to apply)
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity and commercial fashion design
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other industry-standard design software
• Solid understanding of garment construction, pattern making, textile properties, and production processes
• Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a refined fashion sense
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proven experience in developing successful fashion collections
• ⁠Knowledge of fashion retail, digital marketing, and product merchandising
• An established network of buyers, retailers, distributors, resellers, department stores, marketplaces, fashion influencers, KOLs, or strategic business partners is highly preferred
• A demonstrated ability to contribute to market expansion and increase product sales

Tanggung Jawab

• Research global fashion trends, color palettes, fabrics, and consumer insights
• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and seasonal collections aligned with the Allure La Luna brand identity
• Create technical sketches, specifications, and tech packs for production
• Select fabrics, trims, accessories, and finishing details
• Collaborate with pattern makers, sample teams, and production staff to ensure design accuracy and quality
• Conduct sample fittings and provide necessary revisions prior to mass production
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to support product launches and campaign development
• Contribute innovative ideas to drive product development and overall business growth
