• Production Management
• Plan and supervise daily production activities
• Ensure production targets are achieved
• Improve productivity and reduce production waste
• Ensure production follows SOP, GMP, and HACCP requirements
• Solve production issues quickly and effectively
• Quality Management
• Ensure products meet company quality standards
• Reduce product defects and customer complaints
• Support the implementation of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Cost Management
• Control production costs
• Reduce material and energy waste
• Improve production yield
• Prepare cost performance reports
• Maintenance Management
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities
• Minimize machine downtime
• Work closely with the Maintenance team to ensure smooth production
• Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities
• Lead Production Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operators
• Develop employee skills through training and coaching
• Promote discipline and teamwork
• Conduct employee performance evaluations
• Safety & Environment
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures
• Support the Zero Accident program
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Promote a safe and clean working environment
• Planning & Reporting
• Prepare production plans and manpower requirements
• Monitor production performance and KPIs
• Prepare regular reports for management
• Recommend improvements to increase factory performance
• What We're Looking For :
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar plant management role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
• Proficient in problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a variety of stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or related field
• Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000
