Factory Manager

About the role PT Wishindo Mandiri is seeking an experienced Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Cimanggis, West Java and Purwakarta, Westa Java. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our production facilities. As Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of factory operations, from production planning and scheduling to quality control and team management. This strategic role is essential to our organization's success and will have a direct impact on our ability to meet production targets, maintain high quality standards, and ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day factory operations to ensure efficient production scheduling and delivery of products to meet customer demands Develop and implement production plans and schedules that optimise resource allocation and minimise waste

Monitor and control production costs whilst maintaining quality standards and productivity targets Lead and manage the factory team, including recruitment, training, performance management and development of production and support staff Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental regulations and implement continuous safety improvement programmes

Maintain and oversee preventative maintenance schedules for all production equipment to minimise downtime Identify and implement process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure products meet established quality standards

Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate raw materials and supplies Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics to senior management Build and maintain positive relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders
