The Packaging Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining packaging solutions to ensure product quality, safety, operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. This role leads packaging development, improvement, validation, and cost optimization activities while ensuring packaging compatibility with manufacturing equipment and compliance with applicable regulatory and customer requirements. The position involves working closely with Production, Quality, R&D, Procurement, machinery suppliers, and packaging suppliers to support new product development, continuous improvement initiatives, packaging validation, and sustainability programs. The incumbent will monitor industry trends, develop packaging specifications, and conduct performance testing such as drop, compression, and transportation tests.

Kualifikasi: Experience in packaging development or related engineering field; Knowledge of packaging materials and manufacturing processes; Ability to conduct packaging performance testing; Understanding of regulatory and customer requirements.
