RGF HR Agent Indonesia membuka kesempatan bagi profesional berpengalaman untuk bergabung sebagai Engineering Manager di perusahaan General Appliances yang berlokasi di Karawang. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan memimpin dan mengarahkan tim teknik untuk mencapai target dan KPI departemen secara menyeluruh. Tanggung jawab utama mencakup pengelolaan modifikasi komponen, perancangan ulang, perubahan material, serta peningkatan efisiensi biaya, kualitas, dan kemudahan manufaktur melalui inisiatif rekayasa nilai dan optimalisasi material. Anda juga akan berkoordinasi secara lintas fungsi dengan departemen R&D, Produksi, Kualitas, Pembelian, serta pemasok guna memastikan kelancaran penerapan perubahan teknik dan solusi masalah produksi.
Tanggung jawab: Lead and manage the engineering team to achieve departmental objectives and KPIs; Manage part modifications, component redesign, material changes and engineering changes to improve cost, quality and manufacturability; Develop and implement cost-reduction projects through value engineering, material optimization, part standardization and alternative sourcing; Analyze component and manufacturing costs to identify opportunities for savings; Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality, Purchasing and suppliers to implement engineering changes and cost-improvement initiatives; Provide technical support for production issues, root cause analysis and corrective actions; Validate modified parts to ensure product quality, safety, reliability and performance; Monitor cost savings, project progress and engineering performance against established targets; Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, productivity and product quality; Other tasks assigned; Job Requirements:; Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Minimum high conversational English proficiency; Minimum 5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, with at least 10 years of experience in an electronic home appliances manufacturing company and strong knowledge of value engineering, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and PLC; Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills; [Only CV in English will be processed]; We RGF HR Agent Indonesia is strictly following the personal data protection law in Indonesia. Kualifikasi: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Minimum high conversational English proficiency; Minimum 5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager, with at least 10 years of experience in an electronic home appliances manufacturing company and strong knowledge of value engineering, AutoCAD, SolidWorks and PLC; Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and project management skills; [Only CV in English will be processed].
