WE ARE HIRING – ENERGY MARSHAL Qualifications: • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience • Experienced in High-Risk Activity (HRA) Planning, Energy Isolation, Authorizing Energy Marshal, Energy Isolation Permit, and LOTO • Mandatory: AK3 Listrik Certification from Kemenaker • Preferred: LOTO Training & Certification • Additional certifications in PTW, Work at Confined Space, and Fire Safety are an advantage • Minimum Diploma/bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field • Strong understanding of HSE Management Systems, Electrical Safety, and Energy Control • Knowledge of Indonesian K3 regulations and energy safety standards • Excellent risk assessment and hazard identification skills • Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work in high-mobility site environments Key Responsibilities: • Ensure proper implementation of LOTO procedures before work execution • Supervise energy and electrical-related activities including Hot Work, Electrical Panels, Generators, and Heavy Equipment • Control Permit to Work (PTW) processes for energy and electrical activities • Conduct routine inspections and identify potential energy hazards • Deliver safety briefings and energy safety awareness to workers • Stop unsafe work activities and conduct incident investigations when required
