As an Employee Relations specialist, you will serve as a trusted advocate for both the company and our workforce, ensuring a harmonious and productive workplace. This role is essential to our mission of creating a supportive organisational culture where employees feel valued, heard, and engaged, playing a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships between the organisation and our employees.
Tanggung jawab: Developing and implementing employee relations policies, procedures, and programmes that promote a positive workplace culture; Serving as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, providing guidance and support throughout the resolution process; Facilitating open communication between management and employees through town halls, forums, and feedback mechanisms; Conducting investigations into workplace issues, including disciplinary matters and misconduct allegations, whilst maintaining confidentiality and fairness; Supporting managers with employee performance management, coaching, and development initiatives; Organising and coordinating employee engagement activities, recognition programmes, and team-building events; Monitoring workplace compliance with employment legislation, labour regulations, and organisational policies; Maintaining detailed employee relations records and documentation for legal and compliance purposes.
