Electrical Engineering Staff Industry : Building Materials Manufacturing Location : Cikarang Responsibilities Engineering & Documentation: Handle electrical engineering activities, control engineering documents, and support production in creating Machine Instruction Manuals & Work Instructions. Maintenance & Budgeting: Create, control, and implement all electrical maintenance plans; monitor and control the electrical maintenance budget. Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly machine performance/status reports for Japanese superiors. Ensure safety standards across all electrical maintenance activities. Coordinate with all internal departments regarding electrical maintenance needs. Collaborate with operations and maintenance personnel to execute timely and efficient plant shutdown schedules. Quality & Upgrades: Check electrical process deliverables to meet quality standards, handle engineering tools, and oversee system upgrades. Continuous Improvement: Drive internal improvements and promote divisional performance, safety, and environmental policies. On-Call Support: Respond promptly to troubleshooting calls outside regular working hours when needed. Operations & Safety
