Education: Associate degree, Bachelor's degree, or higher. A major in Logistics or a related field is highly preferred. Experience: 1–3 years of relevant work experience in the logistics or transportation industry. Proficient in English
Professional working proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin), capable of using it as a daily working language. Technical Skills: Familiarity with GPS tracking systems, mapping/navigation software, and basic data logging/statistical tools. Soft Skills: Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Delivery Scheduling: Manage and allocate vehicles and drivers efficiently based on order requirements, and formulate daily transportation plans
- Route Planning: Utilize mapping software to plan optimal delivery routes to avoid traffic congestion, saving time and reducing fuel consumption
- Real-Time Monitoring: Track vehicle locations in real-time via GPS systems and handle en-route emergencies (e.g., traffic jams, accidents)
- On-Site Coordination: Oversee the loading process, handle any operational exceptions or discrepancies, and manage relevant delivery documentation
- Communication & Data Flow: Act as a bridge of communication between drivers, customers, and the warehouse to relay information and resolve conflicts
- Data Logging & Analytics: Track vehicle attendance, transportation punctuality, and other relevant metrics to provide a data-driven basis for optimizing future schedules
