Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major with a minimum GPA of 2.75
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role are encouraged
• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with clear articulation
• Basic English communication skills (passive proficiency is acceptable)
• Typing speed of minimum 50 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Strong empathy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Energetic, agile, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
• Fully vaccinated with a minimum of 2 COVID-19 vaccine doses

Tanggung Jawab

• Assist customers and business partners with inquiries related to products and services
• Handle customer service requests, complaints, and dispute resolution with empathy and professionalism
• Educate customers and partners on products, promotional campaigns, and troubleshooting steps
• Perform administrative tasks such as account updates, credit top-ups, and partner information changes
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners
• Support operational projects across various functions, including partner registration, acquisition, and sales transactions
• Deliver high-quality customer service while meeting productivity and quality standards
